SUSTAINABLY SOURCED, ORGANIC & FAIR TRADE
Our signature blend features heirloom cultivars from:
- Ethiopia (Oromia & Kochere)
- Colombia (Tolima & Nariño)
- Guatemala (Huehuetenango)
Grown at high elevations in rich volcanic soil, these beans are naturally processed and dried on raised beds – preserving both flavor and integrity.
We source exclusively from organic and fair-trade certified cooperatives that honor both land and labor. Every cup supports regenerative farming, ethical trade, and a healthier planet.
AIR-ROASTED FOR SUPERIOR QUALITY
Air roasting uses a fluid bed of hot air to evenly roast each bean — avoiding the burnt chaff, smoke, and carcinogenic byproducts found in drum roasting. This means smoother flavor, fewer irritants, and preserved antioxidants.
HAPPY GUT Coffee is lower in chlorogenic acid because our coffee never comes into contact with hot steel. Plus, we roast our coffee to a medium dark or dark roast to further lower acidity.
