Summer sometimes means going out for ice cream and sipping on lemonade. Unfortunately, these options come loaded with sugar and other inflammatory ingredients that can wreck gut (and overall) health.
When I’m craving something cold and creamy, I find these three smoothies with seasonal herbs and foods make a delicious, gut-healing alternative to sweet treats.
They all come loaded with flavor plus fiber while being low in sugar and no food sensitivities. And they include ingredients like mint and collagen to support and soothe your digestive tract.
Whether you need a quick filling breakfast or to appease your sweet tooth, all three of these recipes make guilt-free, satisfying gut-healing treats !
