2 cups almond milk or coconut almond milk
½ English cucumber
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup Swiss chard
1 tablespoon almond butter
5 walnut halves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon spirulina
1½ to 2 scoops of Happy Gut CLEANSE SHAKE protein powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt

¼ cup ice (2 cubes from an ice cube tray), optional
