Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas*
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 tbs. organic raw almond butter or 1/4 cup raw almonds
3 tbs. hemp seeds
2 cups water
Step 1:
Freeze overripe bananas in parchment paper the night before.
Step 2:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3:
Enjoy with a garnish of almond slivers.
*Freeze overripe bananas by peeling them, breaking them into halves or quarters, put in parchment paper, and freeze.
