Plus, they’re easy to make and so delicious, you might need to double the batch (trust me on this one).
Flax Super-Seed Crackers
🥄 Makes: 20 Crackers (10 Servings)
Ingredients
✅ 2 cups ground flaxseed (or swap with chia or sesame seeds)
✅ 1 cup filtered water, divided
✅ 2 tbsp sprouted pumpkin seeds
✅ 2 tbsp sprouted sunflower seeds
✅ 2 tbsp hulled sesame seeds
✅ ½ tsp sea salt
✅ ½ tsp black pepper
✅ Dash of cayenne pepper (optional, for some heat)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flaxseed and ½ cup of water. Mix until a dough begins to form.
Gradually add up to ½ cup additional water to moisten the dough, ensuring it doesn’t become too wet.
Mix in the pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds until evenly distributed.
Spread out the dough on the baking sheet to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
Cut the dough into 20 squares and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the crackers are crisp and the edges are browned.
Store in an airtight container.
