Happy Gut Life Wellness Testing Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
1. Prize Providers and Promotion Location
The Eudēmonia 2026 Wellness Testing Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is organized by Happy Gut Life (“Organizer”), with prizes provided in collaboration with the following promotional prize providers:

This Sweepstakes is organized independently of Eudēmonia and its event organizers.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are legal residents of the United States.
- Complete a valid entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Comply with these Official Rules.
- Are physically present at Happy Gut Life Booth #1028 when selected as a winner and called to claim their prize.
Employees, officers, and representatives of the Organizer and promotional prize providers who are directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on:
Friday, November 6, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
and ends on:
Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants may visit Happy Gut Life Booth #1028 during the Sweepstakes Period and request that a Happy Gut Life representative scan their Eudēmonia event badge.
The badge scan will serve as the participant's entry into the Sweepstakes.
Participants must provide sufficient identifying information to verify their entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Multiple badge scans will not result in additional entries.
No purchase of Happy Gut Life products, MeScreen products, Tiny Health products, or other merchandise is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve the participant's odds of winning.
All valid entries, regardless of entry method, will receive equal consideration in the random drawing.
Participation does not require consent to receive promotional emails or text messages.
5. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
Prize 1 — MeScreen Wellness Test
One (1) MeScreen wellness testing kit.
Prize 2 — MeScreen Wellness Test
One (1) MeScreen wellness testing kit.
Prize 3 — Tiny Health Testing Kit
One (1) Tiny Health testing kit.
Total combined approximate retail value (ARV) of all three prizes: $1,247 USD.
Each prize will be awarded to a separate eligible winner. A participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
Prizes are nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be exchanged for other products or services.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winners.
Testing products are subject to the applicable provider's eligibility requirements, instructions, terms, and limitations. The testing services are intended for informational or wellness purposes as described by the respective provider and do not replace professional medical advice.
6. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drawing Date: Sunday, November 8, 2026
Drawing Time: Promptly following the close of entries at 12:00 PM (noon) EST.
Drawing Location: Happy Gut Life Booth #1028, Palm Beach County Convention Center, West Palm Beach, Florida.
Winners will be drawn randomly, one at a time.
Each prize will be assigned to a separate winner. Once a participant has been confirmed as a winner, their entry will be removed from consideration for the remaining prizes.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Must Be Present to Win
ALL WINNERS MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT HAPPY GUT LIFE BOOTH #1028 WHEN THEIR NAMES ARE ANNOUNCED TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZES.
The following procedures apply:
- Each selected winner's name will be announced at Happy Gut Life Booth #1028.
- The selected winner must present themselves to a Happy Gut Life representative within two (2) minutes of the initial announcement.
- Winners must provide their event badge or other acceptable identification to verify their identity and eligibility.
- If a selected winner is absent, does not respond within two minutes, cannot be identified, or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements, that individual forfeits the right to receive the prize.
- If a selected winner forfeits a prize, another winner will immediately be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
- The same process will continue until an eligible, physically present participant successfully claims the prize.
- This procedure will apply separately to each of the three prizes.
All three advertised prizes will be awarded to eligible winners.
Participants are responsible for being present at Booth #1028 for the drawing and prize announcements.
The Organizer is not responsible if participants leave the drawing area, fail to hear their names announced, or arrive after the applicable claim period.
No exceptions will be made to the physical presence requirement, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
8. Prize Claiming and Delivery
Winners must claim their prizes in person at Happy Gut Life Booth #1028.
Each winner may be required to:
- Present their event badge or government-issued identification.
- Confirm their contact and shipping information.
- Sign a prize acknowledgment or receipt.
- Complete any additional forms reasonably required for the fulfillment of the prize.
Prizes may be provided directly at the event or delivered afterward by the respective testing provider or Organizer.
Any testing process, sample collection, account registration, or laboratory services will be subject to the testing provider's applicable terms and conditions.
9. General Conditions
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the Organizer's decisions concerning eligibility, random selection, and prize administration, subject to applicable law.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, interfere with the drawing process, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to award all advertised prizes in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
10. Privacy and Data Collection
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that their event badge information may be collected and processed for purposes of administering the promotion.
Information collected may include a participant's name, email address, and other identifying information made available through the event badge-scanning system.
This information may be used to:
- Record and verify entries.
- Confirm eligibility.
- Conduct the random drawing.
- Identify and contact selected winners.
- Arrange prize delivery.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
Any optional consent for promotional emails or SMS communications will be obtained separately and handled in accordance with applicable law and privacy policies.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, participating prize providers, and their respective officers, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
The Organizer and participating prize providers make no guarantees regarding individual health or wellness outcomes from the use of the testing products.
12. Applicable Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, including Florida Statute §849.094, to the extent applicable.
Any provision determined to be invalid or unenforceable will be interpreted or limited to the extent permitted by law without affecting the remaining provisions.

Requests for the winners list may be submitted within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
14. Official Rules Availability
These Official Rules will be made available free of charge online and at Happy Gut Life Booth #1028 throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Participants are encouraged to review the rules before entering.
